ri188 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on ri188, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ri188 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services. Individuals under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing wagers on the platform.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must be registering and acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntary (via ri188's responsible gaming tools) or imposed by any regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of ri188 or its affiliated technology partners and game studios.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

Each member may register one account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. ri188 reserves the right to close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation to the email address provided. Account activation is subject to ri188's internal compliance review. ri188 may decline to activate any account at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason.

You must notify ri188 promptly if any of your registered account details change. Updates can be requested by contacting the support team at [email protected]. ri188 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep account details current.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ri188 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

ri188 strongly recommends that all members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. While ri188 provides security tools as a convenience, the primary responsibility for account security rests with the member.

Any activity conducted under your account credentials — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorized by you. ri188 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact ri188 support immediately at [email protected]. ri188 may temporarily suspend your account pending a security investigation. All communications regarding account security are conducted in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

ri188 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit methods are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. ri188 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within the following timeframes:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Generally within 30 seconds of confirmation.
• Local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata): Generally within 1 to 5 minutes of bank confirmation, subject to the sending bank's processing schedule.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. ri188 will not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

ri188 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — ri188 bears no responsibility for third-party fees levied by external financial institutions.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The member's account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name and matching the name on the ri188 account.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fulfilled or forfeited before a withdrawal of real-money balance can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of the withdrawal request.

ri188 targets withdrawal processing within the following standard timeframes, measured from the point at which a withdrawal request is approved by ri188's finance team:

• E-wallets: Within 1 hour of approval during operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB).
• Local bank transfer: Within 1 to 3 business hours of approval during operating hours.

ri188 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification or request supporting documentation prior to approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts. The platform is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Indonesian banking system outages.

ri188 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback programs, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1, the UEFA Champions League, Idul Fitri, and Ramadhan.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the specified period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates per game category are listed in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold multiple active deposit bonuses simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: ri188 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a member has exploited or abused a promotional offer, including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine risk.

ri188 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Members are advised to read all promotion terms in full before opting in.

All bets placed on ri188 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), esports, and bandar ceme (a traditional Indonesian card game). These rules are published within each product section of the platform.

The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• A bet is considered accepted only once ri188's system has issued a confirmed bet reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation are not valid.
• ri188 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market where an error in pricing, odds, or game parameters has occurred. Where a void is issued, the original stake is returned to the member's balance.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time in accordance with the progression of the event in question. ri188 is not responsible for network or connectivity issues on the member's side that prevent in-play bet placement.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per day apply across all products. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change at ri188's discretion.
• ri188's system records are the authoritative source for all bet settlement decisions. In the event of any discrepancy between a member's record and ri188's system record, ri188's system record prevails.

For sportsbook products, including mix parlay (accumulator) bets and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, full product-specific rules are available within the Sportsbook section of the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ri188 and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions. ri188 reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts, void bets, withhold funds, and take legal action in response to any of the following:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using ri188 as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of criminal activity. ri188 complies with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account — including through the use of different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other members, particularly in live poker, card games, or bandar ceme formats, to unfairly influence game outcomes or pool winnings.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven automated wagering tools, or any other software that places bets without direct human interaction.
• Exploit Abuse: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing glitches, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a system error will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against ri188 with a bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith.

All content on the ri188 platform — including but not limited to the ri188 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ri188 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit any part of the ri188 platform or its content without the prior written consent of ri188.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ri188's total aggregate liability to any member arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ri188 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, ri188 is not liable for:

• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, cyber-attacks, force majeure events, or telecommunications failures.
• Losses arising from a member's failure to maintain secure account credentials.
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers, including Indonesian banks and e-wallet operators.
• Any tax liability a member may incur in their jurisdiction as a result of winnings received from ri188.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits ri188's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

ri188 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at ri188.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes — including name, date of birth, government-issued ID details, and payment information — is retained for the duration of your membership and for such additional period as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations and international licensing obligations.

ri188 does not sell or rent member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and fraud-prevention services strictly as necessary to deliver platform services.

ri188 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all members. We provide the following tools to help members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits & Reminders: Configure automatic reminders and session duration limits to help you keep track of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Reality Checks: Enable pop-up reality checks at configurable intervals to display your session duration and net wagering position.

ri188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ri188 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the registered address on file.

Continued use of the ri188 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ri188 holds its international operating license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws in Indonesia provide otherwise.

Nothing in this clause is intended to, nor shall it, restrict any rights you may have under applicable mandatory Indonesian consumer protection legislation.

ri188 is an internationally licensed platform. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction of residence. ri188 makes no representation that the services offered are lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside the territories in which it is licensed to operate.
